Soft fork for Tekisasu Graphics 1.3.9.1p2 is complete and released to the production channel.

This release rebases on upstream Aseprite 1.3.9.
The default theme has been set to the Tekisasu dark mode and the UI font has been changed to Inter.
NOTE: If you are not a developer with Tekisasu, then distribution of Tekisasu Graphics is not available to you due to licensing. Instead, please purchase a license to the upstream project, Aseprite.
